I was happy to see another picture of the Wide Six on my trail cam this week. The pictures I have of the Wide Six from a week ago were during the day and he definitely looks bigger at night. I have a feeling I know where he's bedding, it's just a matter of getting my stand in the right position so I cross paths with the buck during shooting hours.


I also got a picture of a nice up-and-coming basket racked 8 pointer that should be decent in a few years time. He's got some great potential and it will be really interesting to watch him grow and see what he turns into.

There's only a few more weeks of summer and hunting season will be here soon. Hopefully the Wide Six sticks around long enough for me or my brother to catch up with him.
